‘Play energizes us and enlivens us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities.’ – Stuart Brown MD
I’ve been delivering a programme along with some colleagues to a variety of projects/groups.
It’s called ‘Safe Space’ and during the sessions we recreate a rehearsal room (the type normally associated with Theatre). Inside that ‘Safe Space’ our trained facilitators use objects, images, sounds and elements of self-awareness. As a result we’re able to target and explore specific issues that affect that particular group. The method is person centred and both the rehearsal space and the process itself act as a safety net for participants.
If you would like to have a closer look at the programme please get in touch for an intro.
